سياسة الخصوصية

نحن نُقدّر خصوصيتك وملتزمون بحماية بياناتك الشخصية.

1. البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها

قد نقوم بجمع البيانات التالية:

• الاسم
• رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني
• العمر
• الجنس
• معلومات عامة عن الحالة الصحية (إن وُجدت)
• الرسائل داخل الشات
• بيانات الاستخدام داخل التطبيق

6. مراقبة الشات

نحتفظ بالحق في مراجعة الرسائل:

• لأغراض الحماية
• لمكافحة الاستغلال والاحتيال
• لمنع المحتوى المخالف

7. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه من داخل التطبيق، وعند الحذف:

• يتم حذف جميع بياناته نهائيًا
• قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات لفترة مؤقتة إذا طُلب ذلك قانونيًا

8. تحديث السياسة

قد يتم تحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر، ويتم إشعار المستخدمين داخل التطبيق.
